Welcome to Smallnine. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Smallnine Limited ("Smallnine", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Smallnine website, mobile applications, short films, mini-drama entertainment services, account features, paid content, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Smallnine provides the Mvreels application for iOS and Android. This website provides product and company information, and these Terms apply to the applications, website, and related Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

This document was written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only, and the English version will prevail in case of conflicts.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim during the six months before the claim arose, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by the courts or other competent dispute resolution forum in Hong Kong, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
